If your taste buds are tingling for a spicy and luscious flavor then it’s time to décor your plate with mouthwatering and delectable Indian cuisine “Adaraki Mushroom”. You need to have the following ingredients and a stint of love to prepare the dish.

Mushroom : 500 gram
Onion : 2 pieces (medium size - finely chopped)
Tomatoes : 2 pieces (medium size - finely chopped)
Cumin seeds : 1 tsp
Salt : 1 tsp (as per taste)
Turmeric powder : 1 tsp
Ginger : 2 tsp (finely chopped)
Green chilly : 4-5 pieces (finely chopped)
Red chilly powder : 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder : 1 tsp
Garam masala : 1/2 tsp
Once when you are done with the ingredients, you can start off with the preparation
Heat 4-5 tsp of oil in a kadai
Add cumin seeds and wait for few seconds till it sizzles
Add onions and fry it well till it becomes golden brown
Add chopped ginger, green chilly, coriander powder, turmeric powder and salt to taste
Mix it well and stir for 5 minutes
Add tomatoes and red chilly powder and mix it properly
Stir it for 10-15 minutes till nice aroma comes
Add mushroom, mix well and cover the kadai for 10 minutes
Open the lid and if necessary add little water and stir it for another 5 minutes
Sprinkle garam masala and coriander leaves
Serve it hot with roti/ chapatti
